大学生学业发展状况的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Current Situation in Academic Development of College Students

在高校毕业生就业形势严峻的背景下,通过对南京8所高校1 543名学生的调查发现,其学业发展呈偏态化倾向:学业发展理性务实,但功利化倾向明显;学习态度较好,但学习策略表层化;学业规划执行力弱,创业积极性不高;学业成效总体优良,但社会实践就业化。从高等教育人才培养出发,学生学业良性发展需要:创造良好的学业辅导体系,引导学生学业发展;做好大学生的职业教育,营造就业创业的外部支持环境;建立学业发展监控机制,促进高等教育人才培养与经济社会发展的互融。

The employment situation graduates face is getting tense. In this background, the au- thors conducted a survey of 1543 students from the eight universities in Nanjing and found some problems in students＇ academic development as follows： 1 ） academic development become ra- tional and pragmatic, but utilitarian tendency is evident; 2） college students possess good study attitude, but with superficial learning strategies; 3 ） the execution of academic planning is weak, and entrepreneurial motivation is not high; 4） overall academic results is excellent, but their so- cial practice is too job-oriented. From a policy perspective of higher education, the healthy de- velopment of students＇ academic should： create a good academic tutoring system to guide students＇ development; enhance vocational education of college students to create external em- ployment support environment; and, establish monitoring mechanisms of students＇ academic development to promote the fusion of higher education personnel training and economic and social development.
