商业综合体内复式商铺消防设计研究

Study on Fire Protection Design of Duplex Shop in the Commercial Complex

商业综合体内复式商铺可有效提升商铺自身效益,拉动商业综合体的发展,但此类商铺因上下连通具有较高的火灾危险性。目前关于此类商铺的消防设计尚无深入研究,论文以某大型商业综合体内复式商铺为研究对象,归纳了复式商铺消防设计的难点,并从防火分隔方式、安全疏散设计、控烟系统设计方面提出了具体的消防方案,并对其进行了验证。最后总结了复式商铺在进行消防设计时宜遵循的主要原则,可为同类复式商铺的消防设计提供参考。

The duplex shops of the commercial complex can effectively promote their own benefit and stimulate the development of the commercial complex, but such shops had higher fire risk due to the upper and lower floor connected. However, there was no in-depth study on the fire protection design for this kind of shops. So, this paper selected duplex shops in one large commercial complex as the research object, summarized the difficulties of fire protection design, and provided the specific plan of fire protection in terms of the mode of fire separation, the design of safety evacuation and smoke control system, and then verified them. The paper summed up the main principle followed in the fire protection design of the duplex shop, provided references for fire protection design of such buildings.
