摘要
电动汽车碰撞过程中电池安全非常重要。文章对如何将实车试验中电池组外壳体上采集到的加速度波形,按照特定的方法进行等效梯形波处理进行了阐述。这种等效的梯形波可以较低的成本在试验室部件试验中进行复现,并通过CAE仿真分析,从壳体连接螺栓强度和电池模块连接螺栓强度这两个方面,将原始波和等效波的效果进行电池冲击安全验证。
Battery safety is very important for electrical vehicle when collision happens. The article describes how to process the acceleration waveform collected on the battery casing body during actual crush test by following a specific method of equivalent trapezoidal shape wave. This equivalent trapezoidal shape wave can be reproduced at a lower cost when testing parts in a laboratory. The article conducts battery impact safety verification and comparison on effect of original wave and equivalent wave by CAE simulation analysis from two aspects, which include the strength of bolt connecting the casing body and the bolt connecting the battery module.
