摘要
为了探讨罗勒(Ocimum basilicum L.)化感作用在杂草防治中的可行性,采用培养皿滤纸法研究了罗勒花期地上部分的水浸液对田间常见杂草马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus L.)和灰菜(Chenopodium album L.)种子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明,罗勒水浸液处理对3种杂草的种子萌发均有抑制作用,抑制作用随着水浸液浓度的增加而逐渐增强;抑制强度因杂草种类而异,表现为灰菜>反枝苋>马齿苋。
To evaluate allelopathic potential of Ocimum basilicum L.in weed control,water extracts of aerial parts of Ocimum basilicumn L.were used in seed germination protocol of Portulaca oleracea L.,Arnaranthus retroflexus L.and Chenopodium album L.The results showed that seed germination of weeds could be remarkably inhibited by water extracts of aerial parts of Ocimum basilicum L.The degree of inhibition increased with concentration of the water extracts.The allelopathic effects of Ocimum basilicum on the seed germination control varied with weed species in the descending order of Chenopodium album> Amaranthus retro f lexus > Portulaca oleracea.
