随着高速公路建设主体的放开,山西省交通规划勘察设计院成为山西省内首家以设计单位身份独立经营BOT项目的单位。结合其经营的繁峙至大营高速公路,从项目的建设规模、建设难度、融资风险、建设风险等方面进行了全面介绍,旨在为类似项目提供参考。
With the opening of highway construction bodies, Shanxi Communication Design Institute became the first design institute to operate BOT project independently. Combining with its operating Fanzhi - Daying highway, comprehensive introduction of construction scale, construction complexity, financing risk and construction risk have been given, providing reference for similar projects.
