蛋鸡规模养殖户污染防治投入意愿分析

摘要 研究以蛋鸡规模养殖户为例,利用实地调研数据,采用Logistic-ISM方法分析了影响蛋鸡规模养殖户污染防治投入意愿的关键因素。研究表明:蛋鸡规模养殖户对养殖污染的认知程度较低,只有不到四分之一的养殖户有污染防治的投入意愿。户主受教育程度、蛋鸡养殖规模以及养殖户对污染防治认知程度有利于养殖户投入资金对污染进行防治,环保监察对养殖户做出污染防治投入意愿具有积极作用。此外,外部发展环境中的有机肥厂数量和相关政策也促进了养殖户对污染防治进行投入。由于以上关键变量之间还存在关联性和层次性,在影响蛋鸡规模养殖户污染防治投入上存在明显差异。 In this article,scaled layer farmers were chose as object,and based on field survey data,the key factors affecting the willingness of scaled layer farmer to invest in pollution prevention were analyzed with the Logistic-ISM method. The results showed that scaled layer farmer had low level of awareness of breeding pollution,and only less than one fourth of the farmers were willing to invest in pollution prevention. There was a positive correlation between farmer′ educational background,farming scale,farmer′ awareness of pollution prevention and the famer′ capital investment in pollution prevention. Environmental supervision had a positive effect on farmer′ willingness to invest in pollution prevention. Moreover,organic fertilizer factories in the external development environment and relevant policies could promote farmer′ investment in pollution prevention. There was a relevancy and hierarchical relationship between the aforesaid key variables,and their influence on farmer′ willingness to invest in pollution prevention also varied.
