摘要 圆环病毒可以感染淋巴细胞等增殖快的细胞,引起免疫抑制,从而造成其他病原的并发和(或)继发感染。鹅圆环病毒为近年来鹅群新发传染病原,多个品种鹅均可感染,导致其免疫功能损伤,造成继发感染或共感染。文章就鹅圆环病毒的基因组特性、致病机理及诊断方法等的最新研究进行综述。 Circovirus can invade lymphoid tissue and lead to immuno-supression, growth retardation and high probality of secondary infections and co-infections. Goose circovirus was a newly identified emerging infectious pathogen which had infected many goose species in the past few years. In this paper, the historical background, genome characterization,pathogenesis and diagnostic methods with goose circovirus were summarized.
