摘要
油田地面工程地理信息系统作为油田开发建设的信息管理系统,在油田开发建设中起到至关重要的作用,其可持续发展关系到油田的持续发展。以中国西部某油田为例,介绍了油田地面工程地理信息系统的建设和运行现状,分析了影响油田地面工程地理信息系统可持续发展的主要因素,提出了政策持续保障、加大整体投入、完善技术体系、健全标准体系等实现系统可持续发展的措施,对类似油田地面工程地理信息系统的建设具有参考和借鉴意义。
As information management system of oilfield development and construction, Geographic Information System of oilfield ground engineering plays a vital role in oilfield development and construction, and its sustainable development is related to the sustainable development of oilfield. Take Western China Oilfield as an example, this article introduces the construction and running situation of the geographic information system of Oilfield Ground Engineering, analyzes the main factors whichinfluence of the sustainable development of geographic information system of oilfield ground engineering. Then the article proposes the policy of sustained support, overall investment increase, technical system and standard system perfection to realize the sustainable development. It will have guidance and reference for the construction of similar geographic information system of oilfield ground engineering.
