提升新疆民族生思想政治教育实效性探索

The research on the effectiveness of improving the ideological and political education of Xinjiang minority students

新疆民族生进入内地高校后,面临着语言障碍、适应问题、学习压力、经济压力以及民族习俗、民族心理等诸多的不适应。应从了解学生特点入手,调整教学内容,转变教育方式,加强人文关怀,注重心理疏导,多管齐下,在兼容民族个性特征的基础上,力争最大限度地发挥思政课教学的主渠道主阵地作用,提高民族生思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。

After Xinjiang minority students entering universities in inner cities, they will meet many difficulties such as language, adaption,study,finance,minority customs and psychology. From the characteristics of the students, we should adjust our teaching contents,change teaching methods,strengthen humanistic concern and focus on psychological persuasion.On the basis of the compatibility of minority uniqueness, we should make the ideological and political teaching our main stream and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the minority students of ideological and political education
