肾活检的临床价值和结果评价
摘要
目前肾脏疾病的诊断水平和治疗效果的显著提高，很大程度上得益于经皮穿刺肾活体组织检查（肾活检）的推广，通过光镜、电镜和免疫荧光技术对肾组织标本进行系统检查可指导治疗和判断预后。但正确的病理诊断，必须结合病理观察、临床表现和实验室检查，并且通过临床医师和肾脏病理医师的协作才能获得。
