用于薄膜包衣的水性肠溶型丙烯酸树脂的合成和表征

摘要 本文采用了乳液聚合的方法,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为共聚单体制备了水性肠溶型丙烯酸树脂,通过调节乳化剂配比及用量、引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)的用量、分子量调节剂的用量、p H缓冲剂的用量、反应温度、加料方式等因素对实验的影响,最终确定了制备丙烯酸树脂的最佳条件。聚合物通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱和扫描电镜进行了测试,该制备过程以水为介质,有很好的环保和经济效益。 In this article, the enteric acrylic acid resin was prepared by emulsion copolymerization of methacrylic acid(MAA) and ethyl acrylate(EA). In order to determine the best reaction conditions, every kinds of factors were studied such as emulsifier ratio and dosage, initiator dosage of potassium persufate ( KPS), the dosage of the molecular weight regulator, pH buffer dosage, reaction temperature and the feeding way. The resulted polymer was characterized by gel permeation chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. With water as reation medium, the preparation process has good environmental and economic benefits.
