The source of first melody of ＂the Clouds Touch＂ from ＂Chinese Dictionary of Music＂is questionable. Through verification of authoritative experts and the comparison between corresponding version of ＂the Clouds Touch＂ and Henan tune of ＂Lifting the Bridal Sedan Chair＂, the writer considers the first melody developed on the basis of the melody of Henan tune ＂Lifting the Bridal Sedan Chair＂, rather than the Henan Quju aria, which shows the word error in the interpretation of ＂Chinese Dictionary of Music＂.
