英国早期现代主义作家对莎士比亚十四行诗的“误读”与重释

Modernist literature began in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Contemporary British writers like Oscar Wilde, Bernard Shaw and Frank Harris creatively misread Shakespeare＇s Sonnets and reinterpreted them respectively. Shakespeare＇s identity, the themes as well as the ethical context in Shakespeare＇s sonnets are deconstructed and rewritten, and a series of works with modernist features are produced, which indicates a transition from tradition to modernism in literature.
