持续改进是质量管理的灵魂,也是实验室管理中不可或缺的重要部分之一。进行质量管理持续改进,首先要识别持续改进的机会,制定持续改进计划,进而认真实施改进措施,最后评估改进成效。选择适宜的持续改进方法是关键,常用的持续改进方法有5种,分别为双循环法、寻因法、流程优化、6σ法和建立持续改进机制,上述方法为管理者开展质量管理持续改进、提高管理水平提供帮助。

Continuous improvement is the soul of the quality management, also is one of the indispensable important parts in laboratory management. Continuous improvement includes identifying opportunities, making improvement plans, implementing improvement measures, and evaluating the improvement effectiveness. Choosing the suitable continuous improvement methods is the key. There are five commonly used methods, including double cycle method, looking for reasons method, process optimization method, 6-sigma method, and establishing continuous improvement mechanism; the above will help us promote continuous quality improvement and improve the management level.
