摘要
为减少回风速度、平面挡水板挡水板倾角和间距以及蛇型挡水板挡水板间距和高度对回风换热器中回风阻力的影响,利用计算机流体动力学仿真软件FLUENT对回风换热器进行了3D仿真,得出了不同回风速度、平面挡水板挡水板倾角和间距以及蛇型挡水板挡水板间距和高度时回风换热器中回风阻力和压降的仿真数据,然后利用实验得出了不同回风速度和平面挡水板倾角时回风压降的实验数据,实验与仿真结果之间的误差在7%范围以内。最后通过分析仿真和实验数据,得出了各因素对回风阻力的影响规律,对指导回风换热器的设计和运行具有重要意义。
In order to reducing the effects on the resistance of air in a mine return air heat exchang-er, speed of return air, dip angle and space between baffle of plane eliminator, and space and height of baffle of snake-shaped eliminator were tested, the authors simulated the return air heat exchanger in 3D space by using computational fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT. The FLUENT gave simula- tion data of resistance of return air and pressure drop in a mine return air heat exchanger with different return air velocities, dip angles and spaces between baffle of plane eliminator, and spaces and heights of baffle of snake-shaped eliminator in the mine return air heat exchanger, and then the tests showed exper- imental data of return air pressure drop with different return air velocities, dip angles and spaces between baffle of plane eliminator. The error between experimental results and simulation results is less than 7 % According to analysis of experimental results and simulation results, the authors provided the influ- ence rules of the factors mentioned above on return air resistance which are significant to guide the design and operation of the mine return air heat exchanger.
