摘要
对"主观疲劳量表"进行改进,使其便于获得足球运动员的"训练前自觉疲劳程度",从而能获得"训练累积自觉疲劳程度";并引入运动员的"体重流失"和"体重流失比"来对运动员训练负荷进行监控。研究假设为"运动员在训练中的‘体重流失比’和‘累积自觉疲劳程度’比‘体重流失’和‘训练后自觉疲劳程度’能更准确地反映运动员的训练负荷"。18名职业足球运动员(年龄23±3岁,身高177.2±6.2cm,体重72.9±7.2kg,BMI指数23.2±1.7)被选取为实验对象,对研究假设进行实验验证。结果显示,运动员在训练中的体重流失与训练后自觉疲劳程度不存在相关性(P>0.05),而与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.05,R=0.49)。体重流失比与训练后自觉疲劳程度呈现低度相关(P<0.05,R=0.39),且与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.01,R=0.52)。该结果证实了本研究的研究假设。
The current study aims to introduce a modified Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale to collect both the pre-training rating of perceived exertion (Pre-RPE) and post-training rating of perceived exertion (Post-RPE), in order to obtain the accumulated training rating of perceived exertion (Acc-RPE) of football players. Meanwhile, weight loss and dehydration ratio (%) of players during training were also collected to control the training load. The hypothesis was "dehydration ratio and Acc-RPE were better ways to control the training load of football play ers than weight loss and Post-RPE". 18 professional football players ( 23 ± 3 yrs, 177.2 ± 6.2 cm, 72.9±7.2 kg,23.2±1.7 BMI Index) were chosen as subjects to test the hypothesis ex- perimentally. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between weight loss and Post-RPE (P〉0.05), but a moderate correlation between weight loss and Acc-RPE (P 〈0.05, R= 0. 49); while there was a low correlation between dehydration ratio and Post- RPE (P〈0. 05, R = 0. 39) and a moderate correlation between dehydration ratio and Acc- RPE (P〈0.01 ,R=0.52). Results verified the hypothesis.
