PVC粒点测量方法的选择与评价

Selection and Assessment of PVC Particles Measurement Methods

摘要 粒点测量是PVC材料制造质量控制的重要环节,选择合适的测量方法不仅能提供检测效率,也能有效降低检测的成本。本文对不同的粒点测量方法的卡方进行分析,通过分析,确定将人工目测作为粒点检测的方法。本文利用Kappa分析了不同人员组织的测量系统的有效性和一致性。根据计算的Kappa值,不同人员组成的粒点测量系统的有效性和一致性是满足要求的。 Measurement for particles is the key process of PVC quality control. Inspection rate and cost is decided by measurement method. Chi-square is applied to assess uniformity of different PVC particles test methods. Eyesight is used for particles control through results analysis. Kappa is applied to analyze effectiveness and uniformity of PVC particles test with different inspectors. Effectiveness and uniformity of different inspector meets measurement requirement according to calculated kappa.
