老年人身体活动与性别和患慢性疾病的关系 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、数据统计法和问卷调查法,通过三轴加速度传感器对老年人身体活动进行测量分析,分析结果得出:女性老年人的轻度身体活动多于男性老年人,并且男性老年人的轻度身体活动与女性有显著差异;男性的静态行为时间要高于女性老年人,并且男性老年人的静态行为与女性有显著差异;老年人患有慢性疾病与无慢性疾病在中等强度身体活动上有显著差异,较多的中等身体活动强度可以降低慢性疾病的患病率。因此,老年人要远离慢性疾病,需要更多的中等强度的身体活动,至少达到一周150min的中等强度身体活动。 With methods of literature, statistical data and questionnaire, the paper measures and analyzes elders' physical activities with three - axis accelerometer sensor. Results show that light physical activities by female seniors are higher than that of male seniors and there are significant differences in elderly men and women with light physical activity ; sedentary behavior time of male seniors are higher than that of female seniors and there are significant differences in elderly men and women with sedentary behavior. Moderately intense physical activity has obvious significance on whether the elders have chronic diseases. Enough moderate physical activity can reduce the rate of being afflicted with chronic diseases. Therefore, elders who want to stay away from chronic disease need more moderate intensity physical activity, at least 150minutes a week.
