摘要
随着生活水平的提高,生活质量的改善,很多人由于饮食过度、运动过少而患上了肥胖症。由于传统的体育锻炼方式的单一性和场地的限制性,多数肥胖人群并不喜欢。本文试图通过实验法来考证长期的瑜伽练习对于肥胖人群减肥是否具有显著地效果。本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验研究法、以20位超重及肥胖者为研究对象,对研究者的身体形态变化进行调查分析,从腰围、臀围、体脂、上臂围、大腿围等身体形态的变化来研究瑜伽练习对于肥胖人群减肥的影响。
With the improvement of living standards and quality of life, many people are suffering from obesity due to overeating and little exercise. Many obese people did not like traditional physical exercise for their simple form and limited sites. The paper tries to study whether long term yoga practice can have obvious effect of slimming down on the obese. With methods of questionnaire, literature, experiment and by taking 20 overweight people as its research object, the paper investigates and analyzes their physical change of waistline, hipline, body fat, upper circumference and upper leg circumference to study the slimming down effect of Yoga on the obese.
