糖尿病引发内皮细胞功能紊乱的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病及其并发症是严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病之一,糖尿病增加了心血管疾病(如心脏病、外周血管疾病、中风等)的发展,75%的糖尿病人死于心血管疾病[1]。近年来大量研究表明内皮功能损伤与糖尿病和心血管疾病的发病机制有关[2]。因此深入理解糖尿病损伤内皮细胞功能机制,有利于防治糖尿病心血管疾病并发症发生。
