Deformity planning for thoracolumbar kyphosis in ankylosing spondylitis: A literature review

强直性脊柱炎是一种主要累及中轴关节的慢性炎症性疾病,晚期易伴发僵硬固定的胸腰段后凸畸形,导致站立、行走、平视、平卧困难,患者活动能力受限,生活质量明显下降。截骨矫形是治疗该类畸形的唯一有效方式。近年来,国内外文献提出了多种胸腰段后凸畸形的矫形设计方案,其重点为如何确定截骨所需角度,以恢复骨盆-脊柱整体矢状位平衡并纠正颌眉角。本文就常见的矫形设计方法进行综述。

Ankylosing spondylitis （AS） is a common inflammatory rheumaticdisease that causes characteristic spinal deformities, such asflattening of normal lumbar lordosis and thoracolumbar kyphosis, which may lead to impaired ability of walking, standing, lying on the back and looking straight ahead. Spinal osteotomy is the only effective treatment for this disease. So far, many methods have been designed, and the key is to calculate the exact angle, so as to reconstruct the sagittal balance and the chin-brow vertical angle （CBVA）. In this paper, the common methods are reviewed and discussed.
