中北大学软件学院是国家级示范性软件职业技术学院,以培养创新型、实用型软件人才为目标,学院在传统教学环节的基础上,增加为期半年的综合实训时间,建立了校企共建共享式软件实训基地,并积极探索人才培养模式,在此基础上,总结了"产业云"人才构建途径、实训基地"共享式"方法、实训基地实训经验的推广方法。
