摘要
在运动训练中,将音乐有针对性地应用于训练的前、中、后阶段,可以取得事半功倍的训练效果。通过对音乐在运动训练中应用的深入研究,提出运动训练中音乐的功能分类可分为:动员型音乐、入静型音乐、松弛型音乐;并指出这几种音乐应用于运动训练中可以激发训练情绪、调整赛前不良心理状态、促进赛后运动疲劳的快速恢复等调节作用,旨在为音乐在运动训练中的应用提供理论依据。
