低碳旅游视角下黑龙江低碳冰雪旅游发展路径与对策研究

Study on Developing Route and Strategies of Heilongjiang Low-carbon Ice and Snow Tourism from the Low-carbon Tourism Perspective

低碳冰雪旅游是实现黑龙江省冰雪旅游业可持续发展的必经之路。采用文献资料法、田野调查法、专家访谈和逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过诠释低碳旅游的内涵,从当前黑龙江省冰雪旅游资源现状、冰雪旅游开展内容、冰雪旅游客源市场开发和培育现状等实际情况出发,探讨了黑龙江省低碳冰雪旅游践行途径,提出了通过行为引导推广低碳化的生产方式、消费方式、生活方式、制定低碳冰雪旅游相关政策、积极培育低碳冰雪旅游环境氛围、加大舆论宣传力度传播低碳理念等黑龙江发展低碳冰雪旅游的对策,为黑龙江省冰雪旅游业发展提供相关参考。

Low-carbon ice and snow tourism is the only way to realize sustainable development of ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province. Using the methods of literature, ifeld study, expert interview and logical analysis, by explaining the connotation of low-carbon tourism, starting from the actual situation of Heilongjiang ice and snow tourism resources, developing content of ice and snow tourism, market development and cultivation status of ice and snow tourists, and discuss the practicing way of Heilongjiang low-carbon ice and snow tourism, put forward to promote the mode of production, consumption and life of low carbonization by behavior guiding, to make related policies of low-carbon ice and snow tourism, actively cultivate the environment of low-carbon ice and snow tourism, strengthen the public opinion to spread the low-carbon idea and other developing low-carbon ice and snow tourism strategies in Heilongjiang, provide a relevant reference for the development of ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province.
