世界一流大学治理结构的有效性分析——以美国密歇根大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 在菲利普·G·阿特巴赫定义的世界一流大学中,有效的院校管理是重要的标准之一。因此,在建设世界一流大学的过程中,高等教育组织如何通过有效的治理结构优化管理决策过程,从而实现大学的有效治理,成为政府和大学管理者关注的焦点。本文以美国密歇根大学为案例,梳理并分析了学校治理结构的历史演变和现状,归纳总结出世界一流大学实现有效治理的3个关键因素:完善的制度和结构、独立性和自主权、共同协商的理念。 According to the definition of the world-class university by Philip G.Altbach,one of the criteria is effective management.In the process of building a world-class university,the realization of the effective management through the optimization of the governance structure has become the focus of the government and university administrators.This paper gives a case study of the University of Michigan,analyzes its historical evolution and the status quo of its governance structure,and sums up three key factors of effective governance by the world-class university,that is,perfect institutions and structures,independence and autonomy,and mutual consultation.
