摘要
针对较复杂的塑料件注射成型中出现熔接痕、表面光洁度差及强度未达到要求等问题,将顺序注射成型(SIM)应用到高表面质量要求的汽车内饰件成型中来提高注射成型的效果。通过对汽车内饰件制品的特性及成型工艺进行分析,确定了一模两腔的热流道三浇口进料模具方案,并以此确定了注射成型CAE分析的前置处理方案;在CAE分析的基础上,提出了顺序注射成型的优化方案,降低成型过程的注射压力跟锁模力,消除了熔接痕,提升了制品表面质量。研究成果表明,采用顺序注射成型改进后生产的制品表面质量得到明显提升,实验的结果中制件基本消除了熔接痕,表面质量良好。
Aiming at high surface quality requirements of automotive interior parts injection molding, The sequential injection molding ( SIM ) was used to improve the injection effect. After the analysis of the product, a mold two cavity hot runner mold scheme was established, and thus determine the lead out scheme of CAE analysis ; through the CAE analysis, a concrete plan for sequential injection molding was put for-ward to eliminating weld lines and enhance the surface quality of products ; The experimental results show that the surface quality of the prod-ucts using SIM enhance obviously.
