积极心理学对职业学校班主任专业成长的启示

摘要 积极心理学以积极品质和积极力量为研究核心,对于职业学校班主任队伍建设有着重要启示。积极心理学对职业学校班主任专业成长的启示主要有两个方面:一是要以积极的心态对待班主任工作,二是要以积极的行为开展班主任工作。
