摘要
通过传输矩阵法,理论研究了含左手材料的一维光子晶体零均值折射带隙中波的反射相特性,结果表明,零均值折射带隙中波的反射相值,受入射角、偏振模式的影响,而不受晶格比例缩放的影响。这些特性的研究为制作光子晶体相位补偿器和色散补偿器方面提供理论依据。
The reflection phase properties of one dimensional photonic crystals with left-handed materials is investigated by transfer matrix method. It is demonstrated that the reflection phase in zero average refractive index band gap is influenced by the incident angle and polarization, and is independent on the proportion of lattice. These characteristics may be useful for making photonic crystal phase compensators and the dispersion compensators.
