摘要
文章采用分层随机取样选取在校本科生,使用问卷对职业成熟度、自我效能感及其关系进行调查,进行t检验、F检验和相关分析,得出:在不同性别、年级和生源地的大学生的职业自我效能感存在显著差异;大学生的职业自我效能感对于职业成熟度有一定影响。
We use the stratified random sampling method to select 200 students in Shanxi Datong University; and make a survey by using the questionnaire of career maturity, self-efficacy and its relationship to do t test, F test and correlation analysis. There exist significant difference in self-efficacy of tudents of different gender, grade and hometown The career self-efficacy of college students has certain influence for professional maturity.
