This paper uses the modern narrative theory, narrative perspective from different cross use, narrative time arrangement skills and unique plot structure is arranged in three aspects on Lin hui-yin＇s novel“Ninety-nine Degree”narrative skills of interpretation, try to make analysis on the intrinsic reasons of artistic charm of novels .
