摘要
水资源短缺已成为制约我国社会经济发展的瓶颈,干旱已对农业和粮食安全带来严重挑战,节水是河南农业持续发展的重要任务,从加大投入巩固节水成果、统一规划形成节水合力和示范带动引领节水农业方面介绍了节水技术模式推广应用的机制创新。
Water shortage has become the bottleneck of restricting our social and economic development, which has threaten the agricultural production and food security. Saving water is an important task for the agriculture of Henan Province to development sustainably. Increasing investment to consolidate water-saving results, forming combined force of water saving, driving the water-saving agriculture have been put forward to achieve goals above.
