孕前优生检查中风疹病毒IgG抗体阴性的调查研究

Investigation of Vaccination in Pregnancy Eugenic Check Rubella Virus IgG Antibody Negative

目的:了解孕前育龄妇女风疹病毒免疫能力,评估育龄妇女风疹抗体水平,为提高人口出生质量提供科学参考依据。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年9月在本区免费孕前优生健康检查的育龄妇女3776人,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清Ru V的特异性Ig G抗体。结果:3776人Ru V-Ig G抗体检测阳性占3609人(95.58%),阴性检出167人(4.42%)。但RUV-lg G抗体阴性与季节(字2=0.077,P=0.994)、年龄(字2=1.484,P=0.476)、地区(字2=0.947,P=0.331)及以往接种史(字2=0.650,P=0.723)无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:多数育龄妇女对Ru V有免疫力,但仍存在一定数量人群感染的可能。应加强孕前Ru V-Ig G抗体监测,做好Ru V筛查工作。及时接种风疹疫苗,弥补疏漏,避免孕期感染,增加孕期风疹抗体水平,并有效防止和减少婴儿CRS的发生,提高人口出生质量。

Objective：To understand the women of childbearing age before pregnancy rubella immunity,Rubella antibody level evaluation of women of childbearing age,in order to improve the birth quality and provide scientific reference. Method：Women of childbearing age in March 2013-2014 in September in my area free pre-pregnancy health check of 3776 people,by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was used to detect specific IgG antibodies in serum RuV. Result：3776 people RuV-IgG antibody positive accounted for 3609 people（95.58%）,and negative detected 167 people（4.42%）. But RUV-lgG antibody negative and season（χ2=0.077,P=0.994）,age（χ2=1.484,P=0.476）, region（χ2=0.947,P=0.331）and previous vaccination history（χ2=0.650,P=0.723）no significant relationship（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The majority of women of childbearing age have immunity against RuV,but there are still a number of people may be infected. Should strengthen monitoring of pregnancy RuV-IgG antibody,do RuV screening. Timely and rubella vaccination,make up oversight,to avoid infection during pregnancy,rubella antibody levels increase during pregnancy, and effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of infant CRS,improve population quality is born.
