摘要
在晚清教育的现代转型中,音乐学被视为西学的重要组成部分。音乐教育家顾西林接受严格的教会学校西式音乐教育,又因幼年的国乐熏染,在"学堂乐歌"之后,主动选择了国乐为研修对象,以自己的方式完成了对中西交融音乐理想的思考;她是最早的小学音乐设计教学法的实践者,最后以师范教育为其安身立命所在,以顾西林为中心的考察,可以揭橥近现代音乐教育的原生状态:如何在中西之间、民间与政府之间、普及与提高之间逐渐构建起较为完善的音乐教育体系的。
During the modern transformation of education in the late Qing Dynasty, music was regarded as an important component of western education.Having received a rigorous western music education in a church school and having had an upbringing in Chinese music when young, Gu Xilin, an expert in music education, chose Chinese music as the object of his research and formed an ideal of blending western and Chinese music.She was the first to design a methodology for primary school music education.A survey centering on her can re-create the pristine state of modern music education and point out a path to setting up a sound music education system with features both western and Chinese, folk and governmental and popu-lar and refined.
