D-二聚体与强直性脊柱炎病情活动度的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between D-dimer and Pathogenetic Activity of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:探讨D-二聚体(DD)与强直性脊柱炎病情活动度的关系。方法:选取活动期、缓解期强直性脊柱炎患者各30例,健康体检者(正常对照组)30例,分别检测血浆DD、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血小板计数(PLT)。结果:强直性脊柱炎活动期组DD、ESR、CRP和PLT显著高于缓解期组及正常对照组,缓解期组各指标亦显著高于正常对照组;DD与ESR、CRP和PLT均存在显著正相关关系。结论:DD与强直性脊柱炎病情活动相关,可作为评价病情活动的临床指标。

Objective：To investigate the correlation between D-dimer（DD）and pathogenetic activity of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：Select active stage, remission stage ankylosing spondylitis patients with 30 cases in each group, 30 cases of healthy persons（the control group）, detected the levels of plasma DD,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,C- reactive protein（CRP） and platelet count（PLT）Results：DD,ESR,CRP and PLT in the group with active ankylosing spondylitis were signiifcantly higher than those of the paracmasia group and the control group. All the indexes of the paracmasia group were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group;there was a signiifcant positive correlation between DD and ESR,CRP and PLT.Conclusion：DD has a correlation with disease activity of ankylosing spondylitis and can be used as a clinical index to evaluate disease activity.
