摘要
针对阳煤集团平舒公司81115工作面高地应力松软回风煤巷难支护的问题,通过测试该巷道围岩体的力学参数特性,采用UDEC数值模拟与现场实际监测相结合的方法,分析了不同支护方案巷道围岩变形、受力以及破坏特征。结果表明:围岩采用锚杆(索)联合钢带支护方案后,围岩变形破碎情况得到明显改善,巷道收缩率保持在14%以内,巷道掘进速率提高了17%左右。
Based on 8115 working face high ground stress soft return air roadway support difficulty of Yangquan Mining Group Pingshu Company, through testing mechanical parameters of roadway surrounding rock body, numerical simulation combined with the actual monitoring method was adopted, different support scheme of roadway surrounding rock deformation, stress and the characteristics of damage were analyzed. The result showed that surrounding rock with anchor rod(rope) combined steel belt supporting scheme improved surrounding rock deformation broken condition, roadway shrinkage kept within 14%, mining rate increased by 17% or so.
