摘要 膜分离技术是采用具有特殊选择性分离功能的无机或高分子材料为分离介质,借助外界能量或化学位的推动,对两组分或多组分气体或液体进行分离、分级和富集的技术,它是目前环境保护和环境治理的首选技术,在食品工业中也正在发挥着重要作用。抗生素提炼也逐渐成为膜分离技术的重点推广领域。介绍了膜分离技术具有耗能小、效率高、设备简单、操作简单等特点,将取代传统的分离、纯化和浓缩技术。膜分离技术在链霉素提炼生产中发酵液澄清、产品浓缩和祛除内毒素3个过程的应用。 Membrane separation technology adopts inorganic or high polymer materials with special selective separation function as separating medium, with the help of outside energy or chemical potential, to separate, classify and gather two or multi-component gas or liquid. It is currently the first choice for environmental protection and environmental governance,and it is also playing an important role in the food industry. Membrane separation is gradually adopted in antibiotics extraction area as the key technology.The application of the membrane separation technology in streptomycin production was introduced,including fermentation broth clarification, concentration and endotoxin removal.It is pointed out that the membrane separation technology has the advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple equipment and easy operation etc.,so it will replace the traditional separation, purification and enrichment technology to apply in modern pharmaceutical industry.
