摘要
基于大社矿大煤为突出煤层的情况,该矿通过技术创新,并通过现场施工作业,由其他钻探设备施工不能施工下斜钻孔到新型钻探设备能施工下斜钻孔。采用"两堵一注"封孔技术后,解决了下斜钻孔不能使用水泥挤浆的难题,保证封孔深度,加大了瓦斯抽采效果,为安全生产创造了条件,提高了采掘工作面的瓦斯综合治理工作力度。
Based on outburst coal seam in Dashe Mine, through technical innovation and construction on site, new drilling equipment to construct below-oblique drilling was instead of no equipment to construct under this situation. Two plugging and one injection sealing hole technology was adopted to solve the cement squeeze thick liquid cannot be used in below-oblique drilling construction, which ensured depth of the hole sealing, improved gas extraction effect and mining working face gas comprehensive extraction and provided conditions for safe production.
