特殊岩巷抡尺定位方法

摘要 目前陈四楼煤矿岩巷的主要结构形式为直墙半圆拱断面,为了保证特殊岩巷的成型及掘进方向的精准性,在施工过程中必须采用一种有效的抡尺定位方法。一般巷道的掘进中,通过巷道中心与拱基线的交点确定圆心进行抡尺定位。但特殊岩巷(拐弯巷道、大断面巷道)由于断面大、中线不断变化等原因,普通的抡尺定位方法不能满足需要,永煤公司陈四楼煤矿通过采用一种特殊的抡尺定位方法,从而保证了岩巷拐弯及大断面硐室施工的精确性。 The main structure of rock roadway is straight wall and the semicircle arch section, in order to ensure the special rock forming and the heading direction precision, Lunchi orientation method was adopted. In normal roadway driving,Lunchi orientation method was conducted through the center of roadway and the intersection point of the baseline of arch to settle the circle center. But in special rock roadway(bending roadway, large section roadway), due to the large section and variable center line, the normal Lunchi orientation method cannot meet the needs, Chensilou Mine tried a special Lunchi orientation method, which ensured the accuracy of bending roadway and large section chamber construction.
