火焰原子吸收法测定6种品牌香烟中8种重金属含量 被引量:3

Determination of the Contents of 8 Kinds of Heavy Metal Elements in 6 Brands of Cigarettes by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 为了给烟草的栽培和加工、香烟的配方和生产工艺以及香烟中重金属对人体的危害的研究提供理论依据,测定了不同香烟品牌中重金属含量。采用灰化法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收法测定6种香烟品牌中Ca、Zn、Cu、Cd、Hg、Mn、Ni、和Pb的含量。结果表明,Mn的含量最高,Ca次之,Cu、Cd、Zn和Ni含量居中,Hg含量最低;且不同品牌香烟所含重金属有一定差异;方法的相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.6%,加标回收率为91.0%~108.7%。火焰原子吸收法快速、准确、简便,适用于香烟中重金属元素含量的测定。 In order to provide the theory basis for planting, processing, formulas and technics of tobacco and research the harm of heavy metals in cigarettes to human body, the contents of heavy metal elements in different brands of cigarettes were determined. Using ashing method to treat the samples, flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine Ca, Zn, Cu, Cd, Hg, Mn, Ni and Pb in six different bands of cigarettes. The results show that the order of element concentration from high to low is Mn, Ca, Cu, Cd, Zn, Ni and Hg, the contents of the heavy metal elements is different in different brands of cigarettes,the relative standard deviations range from1.1% to 2.6%,and the recovery rates are from91.0% to 108.7%.The method is rapid, accurate, simple and acceptable in determination of the contents of heavy metal elements in cigarettes.
