Failure Analysis and Improvement of Screw-type Air Compressor

针对螺杆式空气压缩机使用过程中发生的4种常见故障,以郭二庄矿为例,分析了故障产生的原因并提出了改进方法。实践表明,改进之后的空气压缩机故障发生概率大幅降低,有效保障了设备的正常稳定运行。

Based on 4 kinds of common fault of screw-type air compressor, Guo’erzhuang Mine was taken as example, the reason of fault was analyzed and the improvement was put forward, the practice showed that the air compressor fault probability after improvement reduced obviously, which ensured the stable operation of the equipment.
