突出煤层穿层钻孔抽采瓦斯应用技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤层不具备开采保护层达到消突目的这一问题,胡底煤业有限公司采取穿层钻孔对煤层瓦斯进行抽放的办法消突,在确定抽采方案的基础上,选择合理的施工机具及"两堵一注"封孔工艺。结果显示,在三个月的抽放时间内,穿层钻孔共抽放瓦斯30.3×104m3,瓦斯抽放率为53%,达到了消突目的,保证了回风大巷的安全施工。同时,利用原有开拓岩石巷道做穿层钻孔对煤层瓦斯进行抽放,减少了矿井底板抽放巷工程量,有效的保证了煤巷的安全掘进。 Based on some coal seam without mining protection seam to achieve outburst elimination, Hudi Mining Industry Company adopted crossing coal seam drilling technology to extract coal seam gas, on the basis of settling the gas extraction plan, reasonable construction tools and two plugging and one injection sealing technology were chosen. The result showed that coal seam drilling extracted gas 30.3 ×104m3in three months, gas extraction rate 53%, which achieved outburst elimination and ensured safe construction of air returning roadway. Meanwhile, the original rock roadway was used as crossing coal seam drilling to extract coal seam gas, which reduced mine baseboard extraction roadway construction and ensured the safe mining of the roadway.
