摘要
为了测试保温板在铁路无砟轨道防冻胀方面的作用,利用有限元软件ANSYS10.0对安装保温板前后以及不同厚度保温板保护下的路基温度场变化规律进行分析和现场试验验证,分析结果显示,当进入冻期之后,随着时间的推移,安装有保温板的路基,较未安装保温板的路基保温效果好。综合工程安全和经济效益,最终得出选用厚0.2m保温板的结论。为铁路工程防冻措施的落实提供了有价值的资料和参考。
Covering insulation board on railway subgrade leaded to the variation of temperature field. Based on the field testing, ANSYS10.0 was used to analyze the anti-frost heaving role with or without insulation board and different thickness of insulation board on railway subgrade. The experimental result indicated that the subgrade which was protected by insulation board had better heat preservation effect than the board without insulation. The conclusion was that 0.2m insulation board project was recommended considering engineering safety and economic benefits, which provided valuable information and reference for anti-frost heaving measure in railway project.
