全地面起重机臂架动态收缩过程平稳性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以500t全地面汽车起重机为例,分析了塔臂工况下臂架动态收缩过程平稳性的影响因素。通过建立整机系统的刚柔耦合动力学ADAMS仿真模型,仿真得出伸缩臂搭接处滑块与臂架间的动静摩擦系数差及刚度与阻尼、驱动速度、塔式副臂角度等因素对臂架收缩过程平稳性的影响规律,对解决臂架收缩过程的不平稳问题具有一定指导意义。 A 500 t all-terrain truck crane is taken as an example.The influence factors of stability in the dynamic retraction process of the boom in the working condition with luffing jib is analyzed,and the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics ADAMS simulation model of the complete machine is established.Through the simulation and research,the influence law of stability of the dynamic retraction process of the boom affected by the difference of the dynamic and static friction coefficient,the stiffness and damping in the contact position,the driving velocity,the angle of the luffing jib,which is of directive significance for solving the unstable problems in the retraction process of the telescopic boom.
