在儿科感染性疾病中血清降钙素原检测的临床价值分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探索在儿科感染性疾病中血清降钙素原(PCT)的检测的应用效果,开辟新的诊断思维。方法搜集2015年1月至今来我院儿科就诊的100例感染性疾病患儿作为实验组,对照组为同期来我院进行健康体检的儿童100例,分别检测两组儿童血清降钙素原并记录结果。结果患有重症感染的儿童PCT阳性率为82.0%,高于患有局部感染者(62.0%)及病毒感染儿童(30%)。组间对比P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。实验组儿童PCT阳性率73.0%高于对照组的4.0%,对比分析(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对儿科感染性疾病诊断中依据血清降钙素原的测定。 Objective Explore serum procalcitonin (PCT) application effect detected in pediatric infectious diseases, opening up new diagnostic thinking.Methods Infectious diseases in children gathering in January 2015 has come to our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of pediatric as the experimental group and the control group for the same period in our hospital health examination of 100 cases of children, the two groups of children were detected in serum procalcitonin. Results Children suffering from severe infection positive rate of 82.0% PCT was signiifcantly higher than 62.0% and 30% of children infected with the risk of local infection. Comparison between the two groups, (P〈0.05) differences statistically signiifcant.ConclusionPediatric infectious disease diagnosis in the original basis for the determination of serum calcitonin, should be widely applied.
