血液检验标本出现误差的原因及控制对策

Blood Test Specimens Appear Reasons and Control Measures of Error

目的研究血液标本出现误差的原因及控制对策。方法选取2013年3月～2014年5月在我院进行血液检验标本200例为研究对象，其中出现40例血液检验误差标本，对误差形成的原因进行分析。结果通过患者准备、标本采集、标本送检等，是对血液标本检验标本误差的主要影响因素。结论加强检验前、中的治疗因素控制，对较为常见的质量影响因素进行针对性的预防，从而减少血液检验标本误差，提高检验结果的准确性。

Objective To study the causes and control measures of blood sample error.MethodsFrom 2013 March to 2014 May, 200 cases of blood test specimens as the object of study in our hospital, including 40 cases of blood test specimens appear error, to analyze the reasons of error formation. Results Through patient preparation, specimen collection, specimen, is the main influence factors on blood specimens of test specimens error. Conclusion Strengthening the inspection and control of therapeutic factors, in the former, the influence on quality of common targeted prevention, thereby reducing the blood test specimens error, improve the accuracy of test results.
