消化道穿孔的螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值

Performance and Diagnostic Value of Digestive Tract Perforation Helix CT

目的：对消化道穿孔的螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2013年1月～2013年12月间收治的消化道穿孔患者51例，在患者开展手术之前，为患者实施CT扫描检查与腹部X线平片检查，对两种检查方法的临床诊断价值予以探讨。结果通过CT检查证实为消化道穿孔的患者为50例，通过X线检查出消化道穿孔患者为26例，两种检查方法的检出率具有明显的差别，并且差异具有统计学意义，CT检查的准确率高于X线平片检查。结论将螺旋CT应用于消化道穿孔患者的临床诊断中，具有较高的诊断准确率，具有良好的应用价值。

Objective Talk about the performance and diagnostic value of digestive tract perforation helix CT.MethodsChoose randomly the number of 51 digestive tract perforation patients who have been in the hospital from January to December in 2013. And before patients having operations, we will compare CT scanning and Abdominal X-ray examination for patients. And we will talk about the clinical diagnostic value between the two inspection methods. ResultsBy having CT examination we can prove that the number of digestive tract perforation patients is 50, while by having X-ray examination is 26. The result of this two methods have obviously differences, which has statistical signiifcance. We can see that the accuracy rate of CT examination is higher than X-ray examination.Conclusion The application ofspiral CT in the patient＆#39;s clinical diagnosis has high accuracy rate of diagnosis and applied value.
