浅析多普勒超声在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值

The Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Breast Disease

目的：通过各种临床观察和实验分析研究彩色多普勒超声在乳腺疾病确证中的实际应用价值。方法选取本院于2012年6月～2014年5月收治的132个女性乳腺癌患者，在使用彩色多普勒超声进行早期诊断分析，对比后期经手术病理确证的结果。并整理出现界限不清、边缘蟹足等超声影像的案例，分析超声图像结果；应用国际上通用的血流动脉收缩期峰值（PSV）和阻力指数（PI）进行定量分析。结果多普勒超声检测准确率为95%，血流信息分级结果显著。结论彩色多普勒超声检测对于乳腺癌的早期检查、分级具有重要的作用。

Objective Through a variety of clinical observation and experimental analysis and study of color doppler ultrasound in the mammary gland disease corroborate the practical application value. MethodsOur team select 132 patients with breast cancer in women from June 2012 to May 2014, and use the color doppler lfow imaging in early diagnosis analysis. And analysis of ultrasonic image results. We use systolic peak （PSV） and resistance index （PI） for quantitative analysis.Results Doppler ultrasonic testing accuracy was 95%, the blood lfow information classification result is remarkable.ConclusionColor doppler ultrasonic detection of breast cancer play a important role in early detection and classiifcation.
