创伤性膀胱破裂的治疗分析

Analysis on Treatment of Traumatic Bladder Rupture

目的：探究创伤性膀胱破裂患者患者应采用的治疗方法。方法选取2013年4月～2014年7月收治的38例创伤性膀胱炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组21例患者选择手术治疗，对照组17例采用保守治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后身体恢复情况较好，且体温正常，伤口感染率低，优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论创伤性膀胱炎患者采用手术治疗，能够给予早期诊断，提高治疗效果，避免并发症的出现，减少身体不适。

Objective To explore treatment method for patients of traumatic bladder rupture.MethodsChoose 38 patients of traumatic bladder rupture that are treated in hospital from April 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random; 21 patients in study group are given surgery treatment, while 17 patients in control group are given conservative treatment and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’ recovery in study group is much better than that in control group; and their body temperature is normal and wound infection probability is less in study group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgery treatment is conducive to early diagnosis of traumatic bladder rupture, which is effective to increase treatment effect and reduce complication incidence and prevent from patients’ uncomfortable feeling; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
