横形小切口手术治疗宫外孕患者的临床分析

Clinical Study on Ectopic Pregnancy Patients Operated With Transverse Incision Surgery

目的：探究宫外孕患者采用横形小切口手术治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年5月～2014年8月收治的37例宫外孕患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组20例患者采用横形小切口的治疗，对照组17例患者给予常规的开腹治疗，对比患者的治疗效果和手术情况。结果实验组患者的手术情况好于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应为10.0%，对照组发生率为29.4%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论宫外孕患者采用横形小切口的治疗，手术时间短，微创安全性高，疼痛小。

Objective Treatment method and its effect of transverse incision surgery in treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients are to be explored.MethodsSelect 37 ectopic pregnancy patients who are received and treated in hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 20 patients in study group are operated with transverse incision surgery, while 17 patients in control group are operated with conventional laparotomy surgery; and then compare surgery treatment effects between two groups.ResultsPatients’ surgical treatment efifcacy in study group is much better than that in control group; there is a differential between these two groups, and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Besides, side-effect incidence in stud group is 10.0%, while side-effect incidence in control group is 29.4%, and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients, transverse incision surgery is conducive to shortening patients’ surgery time with treatment safety and relieving patients’ patients’ pain significantly; therefore, such a surgical treatment method is quite worthwhile to be applied widespread.
