两种复位固定方案治疗足踝关节骨折临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Two Kinds of Reduction and Fixation Solution in the Treatment of Ankle Joint Fracture

目的探讨手法复位固定与切开复位固定两种方案治疗足踝关节骨折临床疗效差异。方法病例资料均来源于我院近期收治足踝关节骨折患者150例,采用随机抽样方法分为1组和2组,每组各75例,分别采用手法复位外固定和切开复位内固定治疗;比较两组患者固定疗效和术后足踝关节功能评分。结果 2组患者固定疗效优于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后足踝关节功能评分均优于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位内固定治疗足踝关节骨折可有效改善手术复位固定效果,提高踝关节运动功能,疗效优于手法复位外固定治疗。

Objective To investigate clinical effects difference of two kinds of reduction and ifxation solution in the treatment of ankle joint fracture. Methods 150 patients with ankle joint fracture were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups including① group （75 patients） with external fixation by manipulative reduction and② group （75 patients） with internal ifxation by open reduction; and the clinical ifxed effect and postoperative ankle joint function scores of both groups were compared.Results The clinical fixed effect of② group was significant better than① group（P〈0.05）. The postoperative ankle joint function scores of②group was significant better than① group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with external fixation by manipulative reduction, internal ifxation by open reduction in treatment of ankle joint fracture can efifciently improve the operation diaplasis and ifxed effect and higher the function of ankle joint movement.
